Welcome to Volunteer Registration for the 2026 Indy Pride Parade and Festival!

The Indy Pride Parade presented by Honda is one of the most exciting and visible celebrations of Indiana’s LGBTQ+ community. With more than 65,000 attendees, it is the largest Pride celebration not only in Indiana but the Midwest, and expected to pack the historical Massachusetts Avenue in celebration!

Indy Pride Festival follows immediately after the parade, attendees are encouraged to gather in Military + White River State Parks to continue the celebration of community, visibility, inclusion, and love loudly and proudly! Indy Pride Festival Weekend brings together individuals, families, organizations, businesses, and allies from across the state for a vibrant, welcoming, and community-centered celebration of Pride in downtown Indianapolis.

EVENT EXPECATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Volunteers are the heart of  Indy Pride Festival & Parade, and their service directly shapes the experience of our guests, partners, and community.This is a large scale festival operation and we need all volunteers to be flexible as needs can shift in real time so please be open to help however is needed during your time. The parade and festival are both on June 13, 2026 but we will have volunteer needs on Friday, June 12 and Sunday, June 14.  

To ensure a safe, inclusive, and successful event, all volunteers are expected to:

- Must be 16+ and/or accompanied by a parent or guardian

- Show Up Prepared & On Time

- Represent Indy Pride with Respect & Professionalism

- Follow Procedures & Safety Protocols

- Communication & Accountability

- Support the Mission
