The minimum age requirement for all bartender and barback positions is 21 years, and you must be certified to serve alcohol in the state of Indiana.

The Indy Pride Festival is one of the largest LGBTQ+ celebrations in the Midwest, and our bartenders play a key role in helping create a joyful, welcoming, and safe experience for our community. As a bartender, you will help maintain a positive festival atmosphere, support beverage operations, and directly contribute to the success of Indy Pride’s largest annual fundraiser.

Bartenders will be paid $15/hour + an equally paid out tip pool. You must be certified to serve alcohol in the State of Indiana and upload your certification to even be considered for these positions.
